Frequently Asked Questions

How do you know which therapy is right for me?

Allow me to help. During our first few sessions, we’ll talk through what’s bringing you in, what you hope to get out of therapy, and how you tend to process thoughts and emotions. From there, we’ll decide together what approach fits best — whether it’s individual therapy for more personal one-on-one support, group therapy for connection and shared experiences, or family therapy to work through challenges in relationships. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and we’ll make sure your path feels like the right fit for you.
